Section 59 warning letter

Police officers have conducted an off road bike operation today over in halesowen- in particular around Homer hill park and Stevens park. 

As a result of this, we will be issuing a section 59 warning letter, which states that if this vehicle is being driven illegally again in the next 12 months, police have the power to seize it.
