CRIME update for June 2026

Dear Resident

Here is an update regarding Burglaries, Vehicle Crime and Criminal damage which occurred in the New Lenton Police beat area during the month of June. 

Burglaries residential = 2

04/06 Lenton Boulevard – entry gained via rear door, Lenovo laptop and portable speaker stolen.

19/06 Lenton Boulevard – access to rear garden, attempt force entry to rear door causing damage of the lower door panel being kicked through, however no access gained to property.

Criminal damage = 0

Theft of motor vehicle = 0

Theft from vehicle = 4

01/06 Harrowby Road – Vehicle window smashed, money stolen from within.

03/06 Harlaxton Drive – Items stolen from within vehicle.

03/06 Rolleston Drive – Vehicle left unlocked overnight, items stolen from within.

06/06 Harrington Drive – Vehicle broken into by smashing the passenger side window with a brick, money stolen from within.

PLEASE ENSURE YOU LOCK ALL YOUR DOORS AND WINDOWS, ENSURE YOU REMOVE ALL VALUABLE ITEMS FROM VISIBLE VIEW
