⚽ Neighbourhood Policing Team 3 Out Engaging with Licensed Premises Today

This afternoon, officers from Neighbourhood Policing Team 3 will be visiting some of Oldham's busiest licensed premises ahead of England's FIFA World Cup fixture against DR Congo.

The purpose of these visits is to engage with landlords, managers and staff, offering reassurance and advice to help ensure that everyone can enjoy the game in a safe and welcoming environment. Officers will also be discussing measures to prevent crime, anti-social behaviour and disorder, helping licensed premises prepare for what is expected to be a busy afternoon and evening.

Our aim is to work alongside businesses and the wider community to ensure supporters can enjoy the match responsibly, without fear of crime or disruption.
