Live Facial Recognition Operation in Sloane Square

On Tuesday 30th June, Neighbourhood Policing Team officers from across the Kensington & Chelsea South cluster wards were deployed on a Live Facial Recognition (LFR) operation in Sloane Square, SW3.

Officers were deployed to the area from 12.00pm to 5.00pm, and the operation resulted in three individuals being arrested, as they been wanted by police for a variety of offences.

This is just one of a number of LFR operations which have been conducted on the borough in recent weeks, with similar results being achieved on other deployments, helping to keep the public safe by arresting offenders.
