Hello Everyone,
I hope you are all enjoying the ups and downs of both the World Cup and the great British weather! Here are the latest happenings on the streets of Custom House over the past week.
Fraud 27/06/2026: A resident was defrauded after an interaction with a stranger on Snapchat. The suspect promised to triple a £2,000 investment. Unfortunately, once the funds were deposited, the suspect cut off all contact. Please remain highly cautious of any "get rich quick" schemes online
Theft from Vehicles We have seen a noticeable spike in vehicle-related crime this week: Safety Advice: Please ensure that absolutely no items are left on display in your vehicle. Opportunistic thieves will target cars for any visible goods, regardless of their value.
Theft of Vehicles
Assault An Uber Eats delivery driver was threatened and assaulted by a customer on Hooper Road. The motive remains unclear, though it may have stemmed from a dispute regarding the building's intercom system. Investigations are ongoing.

Thank you for your continued vigilance. Let's look out for one another and keep our streets safe.
Until next week, Be Good, Have Fun & Stay Safe!
