Nuisance Motorbikes / E-Bikes – Barton under Needwood & Yoxall

Police have received reports of nuisance motorbikes, including Sur-Ron style bikes and e-bikes, being ridden in Barton under Needwood and Yoxall on Thursday 3 July 2026.

Barton under Needwood

Between 5:30pm and 6:00pm, six youths on three bikes were seen in the area of Crowberry Lane before making off via the northern exit of the village towards the Dunstall Estate.

Yoxall

Between approximately 8:45pm and 9:00pm, the same group was seen riding along Main Road, Yoxall, travelling through side roads before leaving the village towards The Golden Cup.

Description

Six youths on three bikes

Most were wearing black clothing and balaclavas

One was wearing a bright pink T-shirt

One was carrying a green rucksack

None were wearing helmets

If you witnessed these bikes, have CCTV, doorbell footage, dashcam footage, or any information that may assist, please contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident 0889 of 03/07/2026.
