Neighbourhood policing priorities |
||
|
As part of Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week, we’re sharing the latest updates on the work we are doing to tackle the neighbourhood policing priorities. Here is what we have been doing in Welwyn Hatfield North. 🗣️You Said… Anti-social behaviour around Welwyn Garden City town centre especially around Stonehills. This will include working with partners to support with target hardening. ✅We Did… Additional resourcing has been stood up for the summer holidays to manage ASB. A large number of individuals involved in ASB in the town have been identified and we are working with Welwyn Hatfield Borough Council’s ASB team to issue Acceptable Behaviour Agreement’s to those involved. A Community Protection Warning has also been issued to a male in connection with a breach of an ABA. 🗣️You said… Anti-social behaviour and vehicle nuisance in Peartree Lane and the surrounding area. ✅We Did… Officers continue to routinely patrol the locations where vehicle nuisance has been raised as a concern by residents. One vehicle was observed by police driving anti-socially and was issued a S59 Police Reform Act Warning. The driver was borrowing a friend’s car and that vehicle is now subject to seizure should it be stopped in similar circumstances in future. | ||
