Neighbourhood Policing Priorities

You Said…We Did 👍As part of Anti-Social Behaviour Awareness Week, we’re sharing the latest updates on the neighbourhood policing priorities. Here’s what we have been doing in Potters Bar and Shenley.

🗣️You Said… Anti-social behaviour in the Darkes Lane area

✅We Did… 

Numerous banning letters from McDonalds have been issued and Community Resolutions issued for drug use. 

We have been working with the local schools and businesses to identify young people causing issues and helping to divert them to a better path.

🗣️You Said… Tackling burglaries across the area through enforcement and crime prevention engagement

✅We Did…

Marked and unmarked patrols have also been taking place.

Officers and PCSOs have completed over 10 street meets and engagements. Whilst at each location they have spoken to residents one on one and given out crime prevention advice and crime prevention tools. They’ve also encouraged the residents to sign up to Herts connected.
