I wanted to provide an update regarding Violence against women and girls, which members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey.

Today, officers from Crystal Palace & South Norwood ward teams deployed in plain clothes across the Crystal Palace Triangle.

The officers entered 6 licenced premises, testing the response to the 'Ask For Angela' scheme.

I can gladly share that all 6 pubs acted in the correct manner and safeguarded our female officer who was testing their response.

My teams are relentlessly taking every opportunity to safeguard women and girls across SE19 & SE25, and we are bringing offenders to justice.
