Sudbury man charged with 23 fraud offences

A Sudbury man has been charged with 23 fraud offences.

Thomas Clark, 33, of Cross Street, Sudbury, has been charged with 23 counts of fraud by false representation in relation to payments towards building work, including 11 cases in Suffolk.

Clark, who was arrested in July last year, was charged on 25 June. He was bailed to appear at Ipswich Magistrates’ Court on 27 August.
