Witness appeals following serious collisions in Dorking and Newdigate

We are appealing for witnesses after two serious collisions in Mole Valley over the weekend (4 & 5 July).

Officers were called to the junction of Partridge Lane and Broad Lane at around 6.55pm on Saturday, 4 July, following a report of a collision involving a green military-style Royal Enfield motorcycle and a black BMW X6.
The motorcyclist, a 66-year-old man from Crawley, was taken to hospital with serious injuries. If you were in the area at the time and have any information that may assist our investigation, please contact us quoting PR/45260079883.

Officers were called to Hollow Lane, Wotton at around 2pm on Sunday, 5 July, following a report of a collision involving a black Velo pedal cycle and a black Land Rover Discovery.
The cyclist, a 51-year-old man from London, was taken to hospital with serious injuries. If you have any information that may assist our investigation, please contact us quoting PR/45260080227.

We are particularly keen to speak to anyone who witnessed either collision, or who saw the vehicles travelling in the area beforehand.
We are also seeking any CCTV, dashcam, helmet camera or doorbell footage that may have captured the collisions, or the vehicles in the moments leading up to it.
