Your local Neighbourhood Watch scheme needs you!

Hello Resident

We have noticed that your Neighbourhood Watch scheme currently has no Coordinator listed in our records.  Your scheme may have a Coordinator already in place and we would like to know who they are, so we can update our records.  However if there is not a Coordinator currently in place, we would really like to hear from you if you would like to take on this role.

If we do not hear from any of the members of the scheme in the next 30 days, we will have to close the scheme.  This means that you remain as members, but your area will not be listed as a functioning Neighbourhood Watch scheme.  We would really like to avoid this from happening and want to assure you that if you do decide to step forward as a Coordinator, that we have lots of support and guidance for you.

I would love to speak with you if you are interested in taking this on.  It would involve having people join NW, not necessary by logging into this system.  I have various leaflets that could be put through the doors.  We as Merseyside NW would provide you with NW stickers and potentially no cold calling stickers if we have supplies.  I can put you into contact with your local PCSO who can advise on security, incidents and crime prevention.  I can provide various websites that provide excellent tips regarding keeping safe.
