Community Appeal – Ward Panel Representative Wanted

Are you passionate about your local area and interested in helping to shape neighbourhood policing priorities?

We are currently looking for local residents to join the Ward Panel and represent their community.

A Ward Panel is a community-led group that meets regularly with the local Safer Neighbourhood Team (SNT). The panel provides an opportunity for residents to discuss local concerns, identify issues affecting the area, and help set the priorities for local policing.

Panel members work alongside police officers and other community representatives to address matters such as:

Meetings are held every few months, and members help ensure that local policing remains focused on the issues that matter most to residents. The police also provide updates on progress against the priorities identified by the panel.

You do not need any special qualifications—just an interest in your community and a willingness to contribute your views and local knowledge.
