Hello I am pleased to share our end of week update with you. Please find below a summary of our activities The update provides an overview of the community work carried out during the week
Drop-In-Sessions At We continue to hold our drop-in-sessions at the Quinton library. These sessions are held every 2nd Tuesday of every month with our next one on the 14th. Attendance figures indicate a progressive increase in community participation. The drop-in-sessions provide a structured forum for community engagement, access to information, and support from local services.
Community Meetings Although we were not able to attend our pact meeting on the 30/06/26 as this was due to officers being required to transfer two offenders in oxford who were arrested for theft on the constituency. We have arranged a new date for the community pact meeting to take place on the 17th July at the Quinborne community centre.
Schools and parking With schools kicking out soon parking around school will ease and cause less issues however when school are back patrols around school drop off and kick out times will be taking place.
Environmental and Safety Reporting During patrols, unlawfully deposited waste, including items of discarded furniture, was identified on the public highway on Simmons drive, presenting a clear hazard to pedestrian and vehicular safety. The incident was formally reported to the Local Authority via the Fix My Street reporting platform this is a free app for anyone to download and free to use. | ||
