04/07/2026 – 09/07/2026
Hello everyone,
This is a brief message from St Michael’s Team 1 to let you know some of the things we have been doing in your area this week.
St Michael's Officers have continued to patrol Lady Herbert's Gardens, Coventry Transport Museum and Pool Meadow Bus Station both covertly and overtly. This has been in company with Safer Travel and resources from around the West Midlands. This has led to numerous Arrests, Stop Searches and Civil Interventions issued to offenders in these areas.
Godiva in the City featured over the past weekend in Coventry City Centre, St Michael’s Officers were joined by resources from around the West Midlands to ensure all attendees safety. It was a great event enjoyed by all in attendance.
A number of prolific shoplifters have been arrested and charged this week resulting in suspended sentences and civil interventions being issued.
St Michael’s Officers are dedicated to tackling Anti-Social Behaviour within Coventry City Centre. You may have noticed an influx of Officers within the City centre this week, this is because, Officers have been joined by resources within West Midlands Police and partner agencies over the past fortnight. Officers have made several arrests within these areas and various civil interventions issued.

We're all tempted to leave windows open during evenings or whilst popping out for half an hour. Leaving windows and doors open makes it easier for burglars to enter your property. Remember Burglars love an easy target, so let’s make life hard for them! Please follow our Burglary prevention advice on the link below to prevent yourself from becoming a victim;
