Working with Our Community to Disrupt Crime

Thanks to information received from local community members, officers were able to identify and stop a vehicle in one of our residential streets following reports of suspected drug dealing and associated anti-social behaviour.

As a result of the stop, a male was arrested for a number of offences and is currently awaiting a court appearance. The vehicle involved was also seized and impounded, causing significant disruption to the criminal activity that had been reported in the area.

This action highlights the importance of information provided by local residents and demonstrates how community intelligence can help us tackle crime and improve neighbourhood safety.
