Here’s a look at some of the work carried out : Fraud Investigation CCTV enquiries were completed in relation to a report of fraud, with a potential suspect identified. Enquiries remain ongoing.
Traffic Incident – Market Place, Whitwick Road closed and traffic management carried out on Market Place, Whitwick when a small portacabin became detached from its trailer. Cabin safely recovered by the owner within the hour.
High-Visibility Patrols Foot patrols were carried out around Whitwick Park and the surrounding areas, focusing on ongoing concerns around graffiti and off-road bikes. Positive intelligence was gathered regarding a potential suspect linked to the graffiti. Anti-Social Behaviour An ECINS report has been created following ongoing reports of youths throwing items at staff and vehicles at Bardon Quarry. Targeted patrols have been carried out, and enquiries are continuing to identify those responsible. Road Traffic Collision – Oakham Drive, Coalville Whilst carrying out patrols on one of our local beat priorities, I came across a two-vehicle road traffic collision on Oakham Drive, Coalville. Assistance was requested, traffic management was implemented, and both vehicles were recovered safely. Thankfully, everyone involved was uninjured, and no offences were identified.
