Good News 12th June 2026

Good Afternoon Residents,

On 8th July 2026, during patrol on Belsize Road, NW6, officers were alerted by a member of the public to a group of males consuming nitrous oxide (NOS) in Fairfax Place, NW6, while seated in high-performance vehicles.

At approximately 0234hrs, the individuals and their vehicles were stopped and searched. During the searches, a quantity of nitrous oxide canisters and balloons were located and seized. The individuals were subsequently dealt with for offences relating to the possession of drugs.

We want to reassure the community that we remain proactive and robust in tackling crime. Our officers are out every day carrying out patrols, identifying suspicious activity, and taking decisive enforcement action to keep our neighbourhoods safe.
