Patrol Activity Summary – 12/07/2026 |
On 12/07/2026, PCSO Baker was conducting routine patrols when a moped was observed in suspicious circumstances. Police checks confirmed that the vehicle had been reported stolen from the Wembley Central area three days previously and remained recorded as outstanding on police systems. Attempts were made to contact the registered keeper; however, these were unsuccessful. Arrangements were therefore made for the recovery of the vehicle, and the moped was removed to the police Vehicle Pound pending further enquiries and contact with the owner.
Whilst on patrol, PCSO Baker encountered a male who had established a temporary encampment on London Road, Wembley. The individual was observed littering, consuming alcohol, behaving in a rowdy manner, and was found in possession of drug paraphernalia. PCSO Baker recognised the male from previous anti-social behaviour incidents. A Community Protection Warning was issued, and the male was directed to leave the area.
PCSO Baker also dealt with a female on High Road, Wembley, who was begging whilst falsely claiming to be homeless in order to obtain money from members of the public. Her behaviour was causing nuisance, annoyance, and obstruction of the pavement. The female was stopped and spoken to, issued with an Anti-Social Behaviour Warning Notice, and moved on from the location to prevent further incidents.
