NL59 Beat – School Holidays Message

As the school holidays begin, we'll be seeing more children and young people out enjoying our parks, streets and local facilities across the NL59 Beat area.

Please take extra care when driving, particularly in residential areas, near parks and around pedestrian crossing points. A few extra moments of caution can help prevent serious incidents.

Parents and carers are encouraged to speak with their children about staying safe while out and about, including road safety, stranger awareness and respecting local residents and community spaces.

We also ask everyone to be mindful of noise levels and to help us keep our neighbourhood clean and welcoming by disposing of litter responsibly.

Let's work together to ensure everyone has a safe, enjoyable and positive summer holiday.
