1  The warm weather leads to a rise in ROGUE TRADERS 

     NEVER engage door to door knockers in work on your roof / drive / waste disposal 

     They are likely to be unlicensed. Word of mouth recommendations are always best.

2. Complacency is a Burglars Friend as my police buddy says

    So in the warm weather don't forget to lock doors and windows.

3  I've noticed an uptick in Catalytic Converter thefts reported on a particular social site as prices for rare metals rise.
