Witnesses sought following suspicious behaviour in Cassiobury Park

Detectives in Watford are appealing for witnesses and information after a man was reported behaving inappropriately in Cassiobury Park on Tuesday 23 June at around 7pm. The man was lying on the grass verge near some bushes by the public play area. 

Officers quickly attended the location and a 59 year old man of no fixed address was arrested on suspicion of outraging public decency.

Investigating officer DC Aaron Golley said: “We believe the park was still quite busy at this time and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed any concerning behaviour around this time to contact us.
