Theft of motor vehicle

At 7.22pm on Wednesday 15 July at the Ashfield Precinct, Kirkby in Ashfield, two males attempted to steal a motorbike from the William Morrisons Supermarket car park. The owner was kicked when preventing the theft but the bikes steering was damaged. The thieves, both wearing helmets, made off on a sports bike fitted with a blue fairing

At 2.48pm on Saturday 11 July in Ethelbert Avenue, Kirkby in Ashfield, a report of multiple trial bikes being on the field behind at the back of the houses. The riders use public footpaths and roads to access the field. This happens at weekends and in the evening during the week. 

At 7.21pm on Saturday 11 July in Southwell Lane, Kirkby in Ashfield, five 18/20 year old males, who appeared to be drunk, wearing shorts, flip-flops and no shirts were walking in the middle of the road causing cars to stop. They also made threats to smash windows and rip a gate off.
