MAN CHARGED WITH DRUGS OFFENCES

A man is due to appear in court charged with drug offences in Tamworth.

Catalin Ionut Ioncila, aged 38, of Nuneaton, has been charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs, cocaine.

He is due to appear at the North Staffordshire Justice Centre today (Friday 17 July).

It comes as officers stopped a vehicle, travelling from Tamworth, in Solihull yesterday (Thursday 16 July).

We continue to do all we can to disrupt the supply of illegal substances in Staffordshire in order to bring those responsible before the courts.
