Hot Weather Safety Advice

With the current hot weather, please take extra care and follow these simple steps to stay safe:

Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you do not feel thirsty. Avoid excessive alcohol and caffeine. [gov.uk], [nhs.uk]
