MCV Stall / Event

Good evening,

Unfortunately, I was unable to attend todays planned My Community Voice (MCV) engagement stall / event at Sainsbury's.

Shortly before the event, I was diverted to an emergency incident involving a missing 3-year-old child. Thankfully, the child was located safe and well and reunited with their family.

I would like to apologise to anyone who had intended to come along and speak with me at the MCV event. While I always try to honour these commitments, there are occasions when emergency incidents require an immediate police response. Fortunately, situations such as this do not occur very often.

I will be holding another community engagement meeting on Tuesday 28th July from 15:00 – 16:30 at the Sainsbury’s at the Altira Business Park in Herne Bay, and I look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible. These events are a valuable opportunity to discuss local concerns, receive updates on policing activity, and ask any questions you may have.
