Speeding Operation - Barnby Dun

Further concerns have been raised from members of the Barnby Dun community and as such we have continued to undertake further speeding operation's in area's of high concern.

This afternoon, we were were on Church Road, 54 vehicles were monitored - 6 drivers will soon be hearing from our central ticket office with regards to contravening the speed limit. 

On Stainforth Road, a further 105 vehicles were monitored whereby a further 6 driver's can expect to hear our central ticket office with regards to contravening the speed limit.

When driving, a few miles per hour can mean the difference between life and death. The faster someone drives, the less time they have to stop if something unexpected happens.

These speeding operations will continue, and we will continue to publish the results.
