Weapon Sweeps

Hither Green Safer Neighbourhoods Team have been out in Forster Park, conducting weapon sweeps across entrances, exits and key areas.

Officers have carried out thorough checks of hedges, pathways and hidden spots to disrupt any weapons or dangerous items being hidden in the area. This is part of our ongoing work to keep local public spaces safe and prevent violence.

We regularly carry out these patrols and sweeps alongside local engagement. If you see anything suspicious, please report it to us immediately.
