Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling Nothing to Report Burglary Other Nothing to Report Theft of motor vehicle At 12.45pm on Sunday 19 July at Tesco Exra, Ashgate Road, Hucknall, a black Vespa scooter was stolen by two white males, late teens/early 20’s, wearing black clothing and balaclavas, they arrived on a small BMW bike and another 125 motorbike. They broke the steering lock and pushed the bike away. Between 6.20pm and 6.51pm on Monday 20 July in Willow Avenue, Hucknall, a Yamaha Tracer 900 motorbike was stolen. Theft from motor vehicle Nothing to report Theft At 1.07pm on Tuesday 14 July in Central Walk, High Street, Hucknall, the tip box was stolen from the T8 Wine Bar by a male of mixed race, 6-00”, large build, wearing a blue top, navy blue tracksuit bottoms, blue trainers, and a yellow and black back pack. At 3.15pm on Tuesday 21 July at Home Bargains, Ashgate Road, Hucknall, a red Calibre pedal bike, left outside behind the shopping trolleys, was stolen by offenders who arrived on a bike and left with it. Both wearing black clothing and balaclavas Robbery Nothing to Report Violence against person At 3.42pm on Monday 20 July in High Street, Hucknall, a black male, 20 year old, Large build, braided hair and a beard, wearing black clothing and riding a black e-scooter, lifted his open hand as if to hit a young girl and her friend after they failed to get out of his way. Criminal Damage At 12.15am on Saturday 18 July in Millbank Place, Bestwood Village, the windscreen and both off side windows of a blue Renault Megane were smashed and the tyres slashed. At 8.17pm on Sunday 19 July in Centurion Close, Hucknall a report two Asian males, both in black clothing, and a white male in a pink top, all around 13/14 years old, damaging a swing in the park. At 12.05am on Monday 20 July in Washdyke Lane, Hucknall, a male ripped down a set of solar lights breaking them in the process. He was disturbed by the owner and left. Around 4.10am on Tuesday 21 July in Leen Valley Way, Hucknall, a downstairs front window was smashed by a brick thrown by a male, slim build, 20years old, wearing a light grey tracksuit. He rode off on a push bike towards Jenny Burton Way. At an unknown time before 11.30pm on Monday 20 July in Albert Street, Hucknall the outer glass of an upstairs double glazed window was damaged leaving a perfect circular hole. ASB At 8.35pm on Thursday16 July in Wollaton Street, Hucknall, a report of a male outside the callers house looking in and underneath cars. When challenged he threatened to smash the callers car. Described as a white male, mid 40’s/50’s, longish hair, wearing a grey hoodie. At 5.12pm on Sunday 19 July in Airfield Way, Hucknall, a report of four bikes speeding along the footpath. Last seen heading towards Merlin Park. At 8.37pm on Sunday 19 July in Chatsworth Drive, Hucknall a report of a male on a red and white bike with no number plate, no helmet, wearing a balaclava, riding recklessly from Titchfield Park down Chatsworth Drive towards Watnall Road. At 3.18pm on Monday 20 July in Washdyke Lane, Hucknall, a report of two lads, one on a motor bike, the other on a scooter, riding up and down the footpath. Others are hanging around in the bushes. At 5.27pm on Tuesday 21 July at St. Marys View, Ogle Street, Hucknall, a report of a large gathering in St Marys Church yard, smoking drugs, drinking and playing loud music. This is very intimidating for anyone visiting or walking through the church yard.
