Vehicle Crime Thornton-Cleveleys

Good Afternoon

Police have received reports on the 23/07/26 of 4 offenders walking around the area of Springfield Drive Thornton-Cleveleys trying car door handles. The offenders managed to get into one vehicle and whilst trying to start if they were disturbed by the owner and ran away. 

Can we please ask that vehicle owners take the necessary steps to make sure that vehicles are left locked and secured, and any vehicle keys especially electronic keys are kept safely secured.
