My name is Jayden Grey and I am the new Police Community Support Officer (PCSO) for Townhill.

Firstly, thank you for joining South Wales Listens. If you haven't already done so, I would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete our survey. This gives you the opportunity to tell us about the issues that matter most to you and helps us focus on what is important within the community.

I wanted to take this opportunity to introduce myself as I am joining the local Neighbourhood Policing Team and will be starting in Townhill on 17th August.

As someone who is new to the role, I am really looking forward to getting to know the local community, listening to your concerns, and building positive relationships with residents, businesses and community groups across the area. I am passionate about community engagement and look forward to bringing fresh ideas that help strengthen the connection between the police and the people we serve.

I will be working closely with colleagues and partner agencies to help address local issues and support initiatives that make Townhill a safe and welcoming place for everyone.
