Wigan Council, in partnership with Youth Focus North West, is carrying out a borough-wide Children and Young People's Youth Offer Needs Assessment.

This important piece of work aims to understand whether current activities, services and opportunities are meeting the needs of children and young people across our communities, and to identify where improvements may be needed in the future.
