🚔 Neighbourhood Patrol Update | Wembley Hill & Wembley Central 🚔 |
||
|
Your local neighbourhood officers, PCSO Baker and PCSO Alem, have been out conducting proactive patrols across Wembley Hill and Wembley Central, addressing community concerns, tackling anti-social behaviour, and working with partners to keep our neighbourhoods safe.
Recent activity has resulted in: ✅ 6 Anti-Social Behaviour Warning Notices issued for street drinking, rowdy behaviour, and possession of drug paraphernalia. ✅ Attendance at a road traffic collision involving a car and an e-scooter, where first aid was administered to the rider before they were taken to hospital. ✅ 1 snap bag containing herbal cannabis found. ✅ 1 wrap of class A crack cocaine found. ✅ 1 abandoned vehicle identified and recovered. ✅ 2 wanted persons located during patrol activity. ✅ 3 safeguarding reports submitted to support vulnerable individuals. ✅ 2 intelligence reports submitted to assist ongoing policing and problem-solving.
Officers also joined the Wembley Hill Councillor, Brent Council ASB Officer, and the Crime Reduction and Community Safety Team for a walkaround of King Edward VII Park to discuss local concerns and identify opportunities for improvement.
In addition, London Road and Dukes Way were visited following reports of fly-tipping. The locations were photographed and reported to the relevant council departments for further action.
Thank you to everyone who continues to engage with their local neighbourhood team. Your information and feedback help us identify issues and target our patrols where they are needed most.
If you have concerns in your area, please speak to your local officers when you see them on patrol and consider signing up to Met Engage to receive updates about local policing, surveys, and community events.
