Dear resident,
✅ Good News from Your Local Policing Team ✅
Officers from St Matthews Neighbourhood have conducted crime prevention advice surgeries at Tesco, Halifax and ASDA. These surgeries have been a great way for the local community to meet and greet the neighbourhood team whilst being able to come away with the right information and tools around crime prevention.
There have been several arrests this week which include Shop Theft offences and recall to prison within the Town Centre.
The team have carried out ASB patrols around Walsall Arboretum, and around the Caldmore area, with traffic offence tickets have been issued in Caldmore green. These patrols play an important part in keeping the community safe and reassured.
Officers continue to patrol the area, targeting any hot spots of crime, and engaging with members of the public who wish to speak to us. If you see officers out and about, please do come and say hello, we are always happy to talk!
