Road Safety and Traffic

Good evening, 

Officers have been conducting proactive high-visibility patrols across Thamesfield and East Putney targeting the use of illegal e-bikes, while also carrying out checks on scooters and other vehicles using the area. 

Over the past week, officers have seized several mopeds that were found to be unroadworthy. In addition, a number of e-bikes and e-scooters have also been seized.

We recognise the significant impact that illegal and dangerous vehicle use can have on local residents, businesses, and visitors. We take these offences seriously and will not tolerate dangerous or anti-social riding and driving on Putney High Street or elsewhere within the ward.
