What is Met engage for?

We love connecting with you on Met engage, but we need your help to ensure urgent safety issues are handled correctly.

Met engage is a community platform designed to help us understand your neighbourhood concerns and build stronger local ties. It can be used to take surveys to set the local ward priorities, get updates on neighbourhood policing and local events and learn tips about crime prevention in your area as well as a range of other things.

***Met engage is not monitored 24/7 and should not be used for live incidents or reporting of crime***

Using the wrong channel delays our response time. Please use these official channels instead:

Emergencies - 999 if there is a threat to life or a crime is happening now

Non- emergencies - 101 or report online at met.police.uk for non urgent crimes or anti-social behaviour.
