Dear Residents,

Colindale Community Policing Team would like to make residents aware of a recent report of a residential burglary in the area. Entry into the property was gained through the back door and high value jewellery was taken. Police will be patrolling the area on foot and in both marked and unmarked vehicles, however a reminder to residents to stay alert.

Should you believe that you have been a victim of crime or just see something that doesn’t seem right we encourage you to report to police.

In an emergency, or if a crime is taking place at the time, call 999 immediately.

For non-emergency matters, you can contact police by calling 101 or by reporting online via the Metropolitan Police website at www.met.police.uk.

If you would prefer to remain anonymous, information can be provided through Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via www.crimestoppers-uk.org.

Reports can also be made in person at your local police station.
