ATTEMPTED BURGLARY ON OLD EATON ROAD

Good afternoon, 

We would like to make residents aware of an attempted burglary that has occurred on Old Eaton Drive within the last two weeks.

An offender has attempted to gain entry to a residential property by using a screwdriver to try and pry open the rear door. Fortunately, the attempt was unsuccessful and no entry was gained.

The incident was reported to Staffordshire Police under Incident Reference 0527 of 29 July.

We are appealing for any information that may assist our enquiries. Did you see anyone acting suspiciously in the area? Do you have CCTV, doorbell camera footage, or dashcam recordings that may have captured an individual or vehicle of interest?

Please check any footage covering the period leading up to the incident and contact Staffordshire Police quoting Incident 0527 of 29 July if you have any information.
