Daily Anti-social behaviour patrols

Good afternoon, 

A core duty of our role is high visibility patrols, and the deterrent of anti social behaviour (ASB) and crime. 

In between attending or progressing live incidents or emergencies, making enquiries and investigations into reported crime or visiting engagements, community catch ups and fairs we have patrol strategies for each area. These are based on calls to service for the police, in discussion with the community, information from partner agencies or local councillors or observed directly by officers. These are conducted on foot or bicycle, as often as we can throughout our shift. Many of the reports reoccur and increase throughout the summer months so we aim to be as proactive as possible.

We always feel very fortunate that we get to work and patrol in such wonderful parks and endevour to keep them safe locations for all. 

We do rely on the support of the public, and we can only be somewhere we know an issue is occurring. We would encourage you to report any concerns or issues about the above locations, or anywhere else you feel is unsafe, or you have witnessed ASB or crimes.
