Abandoned Vehicle St Peter's Way

Some good news for Heathrow Villages.

On 29 July 2026, a resident spotted a truck towing another vehicle on St Peter's Way. The vehicle that was subsequently dumped on St Peter's Way was identified as a stolen vehicle and has since been recovered and returned to its rightful owner.

Today, the team conducted proactive patrols in the area and located the second vehicle involved, namely the vehicle used to transport the stolen vehicle to St Peter's Way.

Enquiries established that both vehicles were displaying false registration plates, and both have now been successfully recovered and returned to their respective owners.

Fly-tipping remains one of Heathrow Villages' priorities, and there is a possibility that both vehicles could have been used in connection with fly-tipping activity.

Police enquiries remain ongoing.
