Nuisance vehicle seized.

Earlier today during patrols around North Heath high street, local officers were responding to a call regarding a vehicle being anti-social and suspicious. Officers attended and located the vehicle concerned and a male present with the vehicle, relevant checks and searches were done and the male was reported for multiple traffic offences and the vehicle seized under Section 59. 

Section 59 of the police reform act 2002 is a power given to police officers to allow them to seize vehicles that are committing anti-social behaviour.
