VEHICLE SEIZED IN HEDNESFORD

#ProblemSolvingPolicing | Tonight, whilst conducting patrols at Tesco in Hednesford, in response to concerns raised by members of the public regarding anti-social behaviour, officers observed a vehicle being driven in an anti-social manner.

The vehicle was stopped by officers and was initially due to be dealt with under Section 59 Police Reform Act powers. However, further checks revealed that the driver did not hold a valid driving licence and, as a result, was also driving without insurance. The driver was reported for the relevant offences and the vehicle was seized.
