Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying our wonderful summer, although nice to see a little bit of rain today to keep us cool!

We have been monitoring car parking throughout the area, where we are still seeing a significant amount of vehicles parking inconsiderately, leaving little room for pedestrians , persons with disabilities or pushchairs to safely get through.

If you do need to partially park on the pavement , please think about allowing an adequate space.

Warning letters have been issues to advise drivers.

Any issues with double yellow lines should be reported to the council, as we can only deal with obstructions only.

We have also been patrolling children's playgrounds, ensuring that they are free of graffiti and that children are being respectful to others.  Please be make sure you know where your children are at all times.  If they are out playing in your neighbourhood, please be mindful of other residents that may not appreciate loud noises late into the evening. 

We want everyone to enjoy the summer safely.
