E-Scooters in Aberaeron

It has been brought to our attention that there is an increased use of e-scooters on the roads and public areas in Aberaeron and the surrounding areas, and are causing a danger to road users and pedestrians (riding the wrong way on one way roads and on pavements).

Please be advised that e-scooters are illegal to use in ANY public place.  Should officers witness the use of e-scooters in public places they can be seized and destroyed.

If you know any person that owns an e-scooter please advise them of this.  E-scooters are ONLY permitted on private land.
