Hello, Your local neighbourhood policing team will be out and about across the ward during August and would like to invite residents to attend our upcoming beat surgeries and community engagement events. These events are a great opportunity to meet your local officers and PCSOs, discuss any concerns affecting your area, receive crime prevention advice, and find out about the work being carried out in your community.

If you know who this rider may be, have seen the bike being used, or have any CCTV, dashcam or doorbell footage that could assist, please get in touch with Leicestershire Police via 101 or through our online reporting channels. Information can also be passed anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111. 🚲 E-Bike AdviceA legal electrically assisted pedal cycle (EAPC): ✅ Must have working pedals that can be used to propel the bike. An e-bike may be illegal if it: ❌ Has been modified to exceed 15.5mph with motor assistance. If an e-bike does not meet EAPC regulations, it may be classed as a motor vehicle and require: • Vehicle registration Failure to comply can result in enforcement action, including the seizure of the vehicle.
