Dear Resident

We are aware of ongoing issues with anti-social behaviour involving large groups of youths gathering on Neasden Field. This has clearly become a regular event happening on Friday evening’s lasting until early hours of Saturday morning’s and is affecting the heart of our community. Rest assured that we are committed to dealing with this issue and have been working with our partner agencies to resolve it. 

We are also aware of a mass ‘dog walk’ event planned for the field for Friday 7th August. We are asking residents not to participate in this event, as we have significant concerns this could escalate the issue by putting residents at risk and by interfering with the plan we already have in place. 

While we have spoken to several residents already, we appreciate that some of you feel your concerns have not been addressed. Therefore, Sutton Neighbourhood Policing Team in partnership with Hull City Council’s anti-social behaviour officer are hosting a resident meeting on Neasden Field (behind Sutton House Road) on Monday 10th August at 1pm. This is an opportunity to have an open conversation about any issues in the area you would like to raise.
