Join Us for a Community Day of Action in Deane

Why not come along and get involved in a large-scale community litter pick in the Thornbank area of Deane on Monday 10 August?

The litter pick forms part of a wider Day of Action organised by Be One Homes, bringing together local residents, volunteers, community groups and partner organisations to improve the local environment and strengthen community spirit.

The event aims to tackle litter, create a cleaner neighbourhood and encourage people to work together to make a positive difference where they live. It's also a fantastic opportunity to meet like-minded residents, share ideas and discuss how future community clean-ups and local events could be organised across Bolton.

Following the success of last year's event, Bolton Neighbourhood Watch is delighted to have been invited back to support this year's Day of Action. Our volunteers will be on hand throughout the event to offer practical crime prevention advice, discuss ways to tackle antisocial behaviour, and explain how residents can work together to help make our communities safer, stronger and more connected.

Whether you can spare half an hour, stay for the whole event, or simply pop along to see the wide range of activities taking place, we'd love to see you there. Every conversation, every helping hand and every bag of litter collected helps make a real difference.
