Appeal following A607 fatal collision

We are appealing for witnesses and information following a collision in which a 44-year-old male motorcyclist sadly lost his life. 

The man was discovered yesterday morning (Friday August 7) on the A607, just outside Denton, and was sadly pounced dead at the scene, after what was believed to be a collision that involved only his motorcycle.

Investigating officers in the Serious Collisions Investigations Unit (SCIU) are hoping to find out more about the man’s movements leading up to the collision, and they would like to hear from anyone who may have seen him in the area between around 7.45pm and 8pm.
