Local Priorities Nuisance Vehicle use Message

I wanted to provide you with an update regarding Nuisance Vehicle use, which people around your area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the priority survey.

Changes to ASB legislation

We continue to receive reports of vehicle nuisance around some of our local car parks. We are working with SKDC, Tesco and local residents to identify those involved. If your vehicle is found to be used in an anti-social manner then we can now seize it at the first offense and no longer have to give a S59 warning first.
