Firefighter suffered a dog bite in Ravenscourt Park |

DO YOU KNOW? DID YOU SEE? That a firefighter was bitten by a dog in Ravenscourt Park! Whist attending people having a BBQ! On Monday 3rd August 2026 at 8.25pm I am trying to find the owner & the dog. The dog was tied to a tree, but broke free & attacked a fireman, bitting his upper arm through his firefighting tunic, causing puncture wounds. This resulted in the fire engine being out of action to attend further calls for 2.5 hours whilst the fireman was taken to hospital & a new crew member being found to replace the injured firefighter, who is still not fit for full duties due to the injury The dog is described as an XL Bully looking dog, just over 2ft tall, stocky, muscular & dark brown in colour If you have any information that will help me, find the owner / person in charge of the dog at the time, please email Crime reference investigation 01/7899179/26
